Product usage:
This product is mainly used for the pasting/bonding of wear resistant ceramic tile in the equipment ceiling,facade and inclined surface.Strong initial adhesive force, no magnet or other support measures are used during construction
without falling off, optimized the construction technology,reduce the construction cost.Long-term temperature resistance of 200℃, instantaneous temperature resistance of 250℃, especially suitable for the pasting of abrasion resistant
ceramic tile under the temperature of 200℃ in the equipment ceiling and facade.
 
Performance features:
1. It is composed of modified heat resistant toughening resin and special curing agent, which is aging resistant, high temperature resistant and good toughness.
2. It can be cured at room temperature or by heating.
3. No flow and no fall off during the construction of ceiling and facade.
4. The maximum operating temperature is 250℃ when used it as a repair agent, and the maximum working temperature is 200℃ when used for structural bonding.
 
How to use
1, surface treatment: grinding or sandblasting to clean the dust,greasy dirt and rust of adherend surface,finally clean it with the cleaning agent;
2. The preparation of adhesive: mix the two components evenly according to A: B(mixing weight ratio)= 4:1;
3. Sizing: evenly apply the adjusted glue to the surface to be adhered;
4. Curing: The complete curing time is about 24 hours at room temperature 25 deg C,heating the mixture up to 80℃,keep this temperature for 2 hours,and then do the post curing,it can achieve the higher strength (≥17MPa);
5. The adjusted glue should be used up before the usable time.

Special version:
1.The product parameter is obtained for laboratory testing,only for reference,due to the actual working condition is more complex,suggest the users to do the pretest according to actual working condition.
2.When the environment temperature is below 15℃,the curing time will prolong,should take proper heating measure
3.When the environment temperature is more than 25℃ or the mixing quantity is too large,the curing speed will expedite,should properly shorten the application time of coating after mixing.
 
 
Transportation storage
 Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 12 months.Keep away from dangerous sources during storage and transportation.Avoid placing it upside down, knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous
product during transportation.
